Rules and Eligibility

• Must be female (s) making 100% shares or 51 % shares if they are with a male counterpart.
• Female(s) in the business must hold the managing director or CEO position in the business if working with male counterparts.
• Entry is freeand open to all Women in Business (Including non WIBA members)
• WIBA members will benefit a standard percentage(s) on the judging  scorecard
• Nominees may be nominated for a maximum of 2 categories
• All entrants must agree to be interviewed for preliminary judging
• A company profile may be submitted (not compulsory)
• Finalists must be willing to show copies of their share certificate
• Finalists must be willing to share their annual financial report(results) if required
• Finalists must be prepared to make themselves available for interviews with the media
• All finalists must agree to take part in publicity and to attend the Awards presentation on Sunday 23 August 2015.
• All entries will automatically be considered for the overall Business Woman of the Year Award.
• Deadline for entries is Friday 26 June 2015.
• The judges’ decision is final
• Sponsors may not enter
