Completed my (BA) Statistics in 1989. Worked in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry in the private sector for over 15 years, where I was mainly involved in software support for HR & Payroll Systems including Oracle HR & Payroll. Later worked for the Botswana government as a change agent and an ad-hoc motivational speaker for 6 years before leaving to join PinnaLead (PTY) Ltd as a director in May 2013.

Have maintained a personal growth plan since year 2000, using among others, Dr. John C. Maxwell’s books on leadership. Mentored and guided by John Maxwell Team.
